The thing about Dumbo is that you can’t really make a posting on the internet discussing how goddam weird and trippy and not-for-children the drunken hallucination sequence in the movie is because that’s been done to death and you’d end up looking like a real jerk when you go to the blog parties and people say “hey, look, it’s Talking About Dumbo After Everyone Else Did McGee” and you have to leave really quickly before you start crying so you pretend that you forgot something at home or whatever but no one believes you.

So I mostly just want to say that I found this comic strip from buttersafe pretty charming. And that I found out about them via the Project Wonderful ads up at the top of the page, which is kind of neat.
